The Center of Parent Excellence (C.O.P.E.) offers support, across the state of Washington, to parents and caregivers who are raising children and youth (ages 2-22) experiencing behavioral and mental health challenges in the home, school, and community.
A Common Voice strengthens and transforms lives by celebrating, supporting, and increasing parent and family resiliency. The Center of Parent Excellence’s (C.O.P.E.) Lead Parent Support Specialists hold the hope as they support parents and caregivers in accessing and navigating
the Washington State Behavioral Healthcare System.
