About
I'm returning to direct peer support work after a 25-year career in program and operations management at companies including Microsoft and Docusign. My own recovery from mental health and substance use challenges spans 35 years, including a period of homelessness in 1991 and a long road through treatment and supported housing. That history is why this work matters to me. My early career was in direct human services, residential recovery support, child protective services, and community mental health outreach, before I moved into the corporate world. I'm approved for CPSS certification through Washington State and currently completing my CHW Core Competency training, expected to finish around October 2026. I bring calm, steady presence, strong documentation habits, and a genuine belief that lived experience is one of the most powerful tools for helping someone else rebuild.
