About

I am bipolar 1 with mixed and psychotic episodes, stable for well over a year and the last time I was in inpatient treatment was over 11 years ago. I do Dialectical Behavior Therapy weekly on Mondays, I see my therapist every other week and my psychiatrist every 3 months. I have been wanting to do peer support for quite some time and finally decided it was time to start the training and job search for peer support.
I have 2 children, one who is in her late 20's and newly married and my son who sadly died by suicide back in April of 2020.
