About
I am a compassionate, trauma-informed peer with extensive lived experience in recovery, resilience, homelessness, parenting while healing, and rebuilding life after crisis. My path through domestic violence, spinal surgeries, long-term sobriety work, and supporting my children through instability has shaped my ability to connect deeply, listen without judgment, and support others through their own challenges.
Professionally, I bring over a decade of experience in human services, community outreach, crisis response, youth and family support, volunteer work, and direct client interaction. My background includes paraeducator work, CNA experience, peer support training, suicide prevention certification, and years of working with vulnerable individuals and families in both nonprofit and community-based settings.
I show up with empathy, integrity, steady communication, and strong boundaries. I meet people where they’re at, honor their autonomy, and help them identify strengths, resources, and next steps. I am passionate about walking alongside others as they reclaim their lives, rebuild stability, and rediscover hope.
