About

Hello! I am a peer looking for an opportunity to officially join the community as a peer support specialist trainee. After the requisite training and passing the state exam, I am looking to begin my career. Coming to the field with an MPH and prior experience as a patient advocate, I diverted from a clinical mental health pathway to better serve those with lived experience like myself. I have a long history in the service industry as well as arts organization and animal care. My academic background is stronger than my professional one, the caveat being my recovery journey.
