I am a zealous supporter of everything that peer work and social work stand for and its values. I feel that I would fit well within the framework of any community-based and/or peer-forward organization, and I enjoy the work that they do. Whether it be peer coaching, outreach, care coordination, case management… I believe the people who struggle and suffer unduly can meet their goals and fulfill their dreams. People have so much more to offer than their barriers may allow, and the empowerment in seeing for themselves what a person is capable of is prodigious. I want to be there to support others and continue the movement to make a difference. I want to help close the gap that barriers and isolation create for our fellow humans.
