A Common Voice is excited to share that we have an open position for a Lead Parent Support Specialist serving the GREATER COLOMBIA OR SPOKANE Regions.
Applicants must reside in one of the following counties: Whitman, Franklin, Benton, Walla Walla, Colombia, Garfield, Asotin, Adams, Lincoln, Spokane, Pend Oreille, Stevens, Ferry
We are looking for a strong parent leader who brings:
✨ Lived experience raising youth with complex behavioral challenges
✨ Professional experience in a family peer role
✨ A passion for walking alongside and empowering other parents
Lead Parent Support Specialists provide 1:1 support, resource connection and system navigation, facilitate support groups, and partner with caregivers across Washington State who are raising youth with complex behavioral challenges. This work is rooted in lived expertise, advocacy, and strengthening families.
💼 Starting pay is $28/hour and may increase depending on experience.
